Overview

I am a highly experienced Chief Executive and Project Manager with a very strong record of leading organisations though periods of considerable change, most recently at a national level.

My management style is dynamic and confident combined with a determination to proactively respond to change, improve performance and outcomes for stakeholders and customers.

I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and have a very approachable style that encourages participation.

I have a very personal interest in the disability services sector and associated national reform. I have worked with NDS Queensland Branch providing project management services (ongoing in 2015) and am on the Board of Sunshine Coast Children’s Therapy Centre in Nambour.
